Card game for a better life.
Every decision we make in our daily lives leaves a trace on the planet. The way we spend our free time, what we eat, how we live, travel, or choose to spend our vacations all influence the environment and the resources of our Earth. Often these connections remain invisible in everyday life, yet they shape the world we share.
The Climate Quartet is a card game designed to bring these relationships into focus. Through a playful and interactive format, it invites players of all ages to explore the consequences of climate change and the impact of human choices. By translating complex environmental topics into an accessible game, it encourages curiosity, conversation, and reflection.
At its core, the project shows that environmental awareness does not have to start with large-scale actions. Protecting the planet can begin with small, conscious decisions in everyday life. By learning about these connections in a playful way, the Climate Quartet aims to inspire both young and old to understand their role in shaping a more sustainable future.

Task
Inseparable explores the deep connection between humans and the ocean, creating a platform for dialogue through artist showcases, discussions, and workshops with experts from diverse fields. The program encourages collaboration and action around urgent environmental challenges.
For the project, I created the key visual design of the exhibition, which addressed humanity’s relationship with the ocean and aligned with Sustainable Development Goal 14 – Life Below Water.
The month-long virtual exhibition featured talks, interviews, artist meetups, workshops, discussions, and film nights. As part of the initiative, we curated 30 exclusive bags with vegan, microplastic-free products, which participants could receive by sharing an ocean-themed poem with the community.

In your face – microplastics in cosmetics
As part of the “In Your Face” campaign by Ocean. Now!, we collaborated with Rollbuch to create a series of portraits featuring public figures who lend their voices to the fight against microplastics in cosmetics. The visual concept places microplastic elements directly on the faces of the portrayed personalities, making the otherwise invisible pollution visible and impossible to ignore.
Through this striking imagery, the campaign highlights how synthetic particles from everyday beauty and cleaning products end up in our waterways and oceans. By combining art, portrait photography, and public engagement, the project aims to raise awareness and support the call for stronger regulation and the ban of microplastics in cosmetic products.

Task
This edition is a collaboration between Rollbuch and SANCCOB in South Africa, an organization dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, and protection of endangered seabirds, including the African penguin.
The project aims to raise awareness for the conservation of the endangered African penguin and the broader ecosystem of marine birdlife along South Africa’s coastline.
All proceeds from the edition were donated to SANCCOB, directly supporting their ongoing efforts to rescue, rehabilitate, and protect South African penguins and other seabirds in their care.

A penguin’s journey
I wrote and illustrated the book based on my own experience volunteering with SANCCOB for six weeks, where I worked alongside staff and volunteers caring for injured and vulnerable seabirds. The story follows the journey of a South African penguin and his adventures along the coast. Through this narrative, readers are gently introduced to the daily tasks carried out at the center—from feeding and rehabilitation to preparing birds for their return to the ocean.
